Do you offer post-design support?

Absolutely! Our team is available and will help you with any technical issues that you may encounter faster than a sushi chef’s knife. All websites include 60 minutes of support each month for one year. This includes simple tasks such as changing text, images, or setting up email accounts. If you need a more advanced recipe, we’ll give you a quote so you’re not surprised.

What about hosting?

Shokunin provides one year of free hosting on our optimized WordPress and Magento servers that will serve up your website quickly and reliably. Hosting with Shokunin provides a layer of security, as our ninjas are ready to stop any hackers or other problems.

After one year, is my site still online?

After the first year, support and hosting will cost $30 for a WordPress site and $60 for a Magento eCommerce site each month, billed quarterly. You’ll receive an early notification so you can keep your site up and running reliably, providing your customers with consistent quality.

Can I move to another host?

We’d hate to see you go, but yes, you can move to another host of your choice. Should you make the choice to try out another restaurant, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can provide a seamless experience.
